I grew up in India and moved to United States at 22 with an ambition: to build something exceptional. What followed was nearly three decades of doing exactly that — in one of the world’s most competitive luxury markets.

As a co-founder and franchisee of Pandora stores in the US, I led a team of 45 people across multiple locations.

In 2015, one of our stores was awarded “Best Store Of The Year” out of 400 Pandora locations across North America — a result of obsessive attention to operations, inventory, customer experience, and the people delivering it every single day. That same year, we achieved 104% year-over-year revenue growth.

In 2018, I co-founded Craig Shelly Beverly Hills — a luxury jewelry and watches brand. And in 2023, I co-founded Marigold Group, a Bay Area-based Indian wedding fashion rental company serving clients across the United States.

Today, I am channeling everything I built in the US into a global consulting practice — bringing two decades of American luxury retail experience to brands and entrepreneurs across the world.

I understand what luxury means in Mumbai and what it means in Manhattan. I know how to build a supply chain, read a balance sheet, manage a team of 45, enter a new market, and protect a brand’s soul while scaling it.

That combination — strategic and operational, Eastern and Western, visionary and practical — is what I bring to every client I work with.
